Classes begin Monday, January 3rd. We have a full schedule of classes including Saturdays. The studio will still be on the “Granny Schedule” – six week (occasionally five) sessions, and then a studio break, so mark your calendars. For Session I of 2011, we’re offering an “all you can eat” price – come to unlimited classes January 3rd-February 9th for a total of $60. This means you could commit to yoga and attend three or four classes a week with a savings of $25. Of course, you have to show up!
December 21st, 7-9pm (or later). We’ll sing mantras, bhajans (devotional songs), have some inspirational poetry by the likes of Mirabai and Kabir, and celebrate the moment of transition–the return of the light. Everyone welcome, no cost, and refreshments will be served. Kirtans involve the audience, so come prepared to make music!
Check the calendar for fall classes. We’ll have a beginner’s class on Mondays again, and our usual Mon-Wed class. Please notice the 6:15 time! There are a few Saturday classes which will be the same price as a regular yoga class, but have a particular emphasis. ALSO note that the 22nd of September is a shorter class due to the John Jorgenson concert. FREE class to anyone who is going to the concert!
