Thanks to Deanna, we now have a 6:30-7:30 am class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Check the schedule to be sure of dates. It’s a terrific time to practice!
Yoga classes begin October 26th – Monday. Both Monday and Wednesday classes will be at 5:45pm so you can get home for dinner, or even to an event on campus and STILL do your yoga practice! Please note the calendar for days around the holidays where there will be no class.
The studio will be open at 6:30 am on Wednesday for meditation. Asana class will follow. There is no need to pre-register. Please check the schedule for class times. See you there!
