Regular classes begin with Friday’s noon-thirty class. We have fewer classes for summer, but please note the addition of an ABC/slower paced class on Mondays before the Mixed level class AND remember, you can call to schedule guided practice!
How to connect with yourself in a half hour or an hour!
Because of literally thousands of requests, we will have a noon yoga class on Thursdays. Note: this spring session is five weeks – so get your yoga pants on! Noon yoga will be fast-paced half-hour class with the opportunity to continue for a full hour for those who can take a longer lunch break. Eat your vegetables and DO YOGA.
We’re back! This week we’ll be featuring Principles of Alignment as explained by the Wright Brothers. FLY YOGA! And we’ll be paying attention to hips and lower back– working with some yoga therapy in these areas. SEE YOU THERE!

Thanks to Deanna, we now have a 6:30-7:30 am class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Check the schedule to be sure of dates. It’s a terrific time to practice!
Yoga classes begin October 26th – Monday. Both Monday and Wednesday classes will be at 5:45pm so you can get home for dinner, or even to an event on campus and STILL do your yoga practice! Please note the calendar for days around the holidays where there will be no class.
